問題ははっきりしているので、試験官は、状況の描写のしかた、待つ場面での過去進行形の使い方(「we were sitting, the cars were barely moving」)、そして最後の「how you felt」の行が「I was angry」を超えているかに耳を傾けます。

Band 6
I want to talk about a time when I stuck形の誤り:正しくは「was stuck」 in a very long traffic jam last winter. My family and I were driving home from the mountains on a Sunday evening. My parents were in the front, and my younger brother Bobur and I were in the back. At first the road was fine, but after one hour we see時制の誤り:正しくは「saw」 red lights everywhere, and the cars was主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「were」 not moving. There was only one road, so there was no other way. We waited for almost three hours. At first my father was very angry基本的な語彙で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない and kept looking at his watch, but after some time he stopped and turned on some music. We ate the snacks my mother had prepared and played word games, and Bobur kept making jokes about the drivers in front of us. Some people from other cars get時制の誤り:正しくは「got」 out and stood on the road to talk. When we finally arrived home it was almost midnight, and I was tired. I felt annoyed in the beginning, but at the end I was laugh形の誤り:正しくは「was laughing」 with my brother, so I think it became a funny memory for us.
Band 7
I’d like to talk about a time I got stuck in a very long traffic jam last winter. At first the road was clear, but after an hour we saw a line of red lights, and the cars were barely moving渋滞の遅さを表す自然な表現. At first my father was clearly losing patience的確なコロケーション and kept checking his watch, but eventually he gave up and put some music on. We shared the snacks my mother had packed and played word games, and Bobur kept joking about the drivers in front of us, while a few people from other cars got out and stood chatting on the road分詞句が自然な細部を加えている. We got home close to midnight, exhausted. To be honest, I was annoyed at the start率直な振り返りを導くディスコースマーカー, but by the end I was laugh形の誤り:正しくは「was laughing」 with my brother, so it ended up being a funny memory.

We got home close to midnight, exhausted, yet what I remember most is that what began as an irritating delay turned into one of our most relaxed family evenings文頭に置いた名詞節が、振り返りの対比を担っている. I was annoyed at the start, but by the end my brother and I were in tears of laughter, and the story still comes up whenever we pass that road.
- バンド6の形と時制のミス(「I stuck」「we see」「the cars was」)はバンド7で直りますが、バンド7には「was laugh」というミスが1つ残ります。
バンド7は「clearly losing patience」を使い、バンド8はそれを保ったうえで、「what began as an irritating delay turned into」のように、より多様な文型を加えます。
- 試験や飛行機に遅れた話をしてしまい、「what you did while you waited」の項目を忘れること
- What causes traffic jams in big cities?
- Do you think public transport is a good solution to heavy traffic?
- Should cities limit the number of private cars in the centre?
- How does heavy traffic affect people's health and daily lives?
- Do you think roads will be less crowded in the future?
