いちばん話しやすいのは、以前「I wish I could draw」や「I’ve always wanted to learn to cook」(絵が描けたらいいのに、ずっと料理を習いたかった)といった何気ない一言を口にした友人です。

Band 6

I would like to talk about a gift I want to buy for my friend Sevara, who move時制の誤り:正しくは「moved」 to Almaty last year to study for a master’s degree. She always say主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「says」 that she wishes she could paint, but she was always too busy to start. So I will to buy動詞の形の誤り:正しくは「will buy」または「am going to buy」 her a set of watercolours with a pad of paper and two good基本的な形容詞で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない brushes, all in a wooden box for her desk. There is a small art shop near our old university, and the owner knows about this, so I ask him help me「to」と「will」の抜け:正しくは「will ask him to help me」 choose the right ones, because I have no idea what a beginner needs. I will give it to her on her birthday in December, er自然な間、気にならないつなぎ言葉 maybe when I visit her. I think she will be love動詞の形の誤り:正しくは「will love」 it, because it is not just a thing, it is a way to help her基本的な言い回しで、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない start something she always wanted, and I think she will be happy that I remembered what she said a long time ago, because many people forget these small things.

Band 7

I’d like to talk about a gift I’d love to buy for my friend Sevara, who moved to Almaty last year to start a master’s degree. For as long as I’ve known her, she has said she wishes she could paint, but she has always been too busy or too shy to begin. So I’m planning to give her a proper set of watercolours, together with a thick pad of paper and two soft brushes, in a wooden box she can keep on her desk. There’s a small art shop near our old university where the owner knows his materials関係詞節で、的確な細部を述べている, and I’d ask him to help me choose, since I really don’t know which paints does a beginner need間接疑問の語順の誤り:正しくは「which paints a beginner needs」. I’d hand it over on her birthday in December, ideally in person. What I like about the idea is that it’s a gentle push自然で慣用的な表現 towards something she’s always wanted to try, and I think she’d be touched that I remembered感情を表す的確なコロケーション a casual comment from years ago. More than anything, I’d like her to feel最後の振り返りを導く自然なつなぎの表現 that someone believes she can do it.

Band 8

I’d like to talk about a gift I’d love to buy for my friend Sevara, who moved to Almaty last year to start a master’s degree. For as long as I’ve known her, she has said she wishes she could paint, yet she has always been either too busy or too shy to begin. So I’m planning to give her a proper set of watercolours, along with a thick pad of paper and two soft brushes, in a wooden box she can keep on her desk. There’s a small art shop near our old university whose owner knows his materials, and I’d ask him to help me choose, since I wouldn’t have the faintest idea which paints suit a beginner. I’d hand it over on her birthday in December, ideally in person. What appeals to me about the idea is that it isn’t merely an object対比の構造を持つ分裂文 but a gentle push towards something she has always wanted to try, and I suspect she’d be touched that I remembered a throwaway comment from years ago. More than anything, I’d like her to feel that someone believes she can do it.

  • バンド6の動詞の形のミス(「who move」、「She always say」、「I will to buy」、「she will be love」)は、バンド7では正確な現在形、過去形、条件の形になり、バンド8にも現れません。
  • バンド6は「good」と「help her start something」に頼っています。バンド7は「a gentle push」と「touched that I remembered」を使い、バンド8は「I wouldn’t have the faintest idea」で仮定の表現を引き締めています。

  • すべてに「will」を使い、「would」「I’m planning to」「I’d like to」に切り替えないため、文法の幅が狭いままになること

  1. Why do people give gifts on special occasions in your country?
  2. Do you think a handmade gift means more than a gift from a shop?
  3. How has online shopping changed the way people choose gifts?
  4. Is it better to give someone an experience, such as a trip, than an object?
  5. Should workplaces have rules about giving gifts to colleagues?

まだ贈り物を手に入れていないので、「would」「I'm going to」「I'm planning to」を使って計画を述べることになります。
